Hi, I am Kia Ling, an Interactive Media Design graduate. I am a Digital Learning and Development (L&D) Instructional Design Specialist and Creative Digital Content Producer.

My early design career as a digital producer and volunteer working with children from diverse backgrounds had inspired me to blend multi-platforms design learning tools into classroom learning as an aid to interact with children struggling with interaction disabilities.

​

With successful experiences in assisting preschoolers with mild autism enter primary schools through the technical use of tactfully curated interactive media projects developed with a team of child psychology specialists (Distinction Award Winner in Singapore Ministry of Education AECES Innovation Grant 2009), I was deeply motivated to further explore the potentials of digital learning with wider age groups, professions, backgrounds, and needs.

My humble experience as a digital content design producer for young preschoolers to mature corporate HR has been a very rewarding journey. Building a healthy and comfortable work experience have always been part of my work goals, and I am thankful for the many blessed relationships I value in my career years.
